Instant Pot Teriyaki Chicken
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1 tsp. ground ginger
- 2-4 tsp. cornstarch
- 1-2 lbs. thawed chicken breast
Combine soy sauce, brown sugar, ketchup, and ginger in Instant Pot. Stir well.
Add chicken and mix in sauce. Close Instant Pot lid and seal steam valve.
Set Instant Pot to poultry setting and cook for 5-7 minutes. Let depressurize naturally.
Remove chicken from sauce and set aside. Stir in cornstarch to sauce to thicken.
Slice chicken and serve on top of rice, salad, or in a wrap. Drizzle teriyaki sauce on top for extra flavor.
